Alan Snow currently serves as Concertmaster of the Evans ville Philharmonic Orchestra and first violin of the Eykamp String Quartet. Other concertmaster appointments include the Columbus Indiana Philharmonic and Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra. Since his appearance with the Oistrach Symphony Orchestra at age 14, Alan has won top prizes at the Walgreens Concerto Competition, Depaul Festival for Young Performers, St. Paul String Quartet Competition, and others. Through the Keston MAX Fellowship he will perform with the LSO under Simon Rattle. Alan has recorded two albums of Mexican chamber music, one with the Chicago Panamerican Ensemble and one for violin and piano.
