Anna Do Gyung Im, from South Korea, started playing the violin at the age of 7 and just two years later was invited to perform for the Thai royal family. After winning various competitions in Korea, Anna was awarded a full scholarship by the Korean Government to study at the Korean National Institute for the Gifted in Arts, and in 2012 she came to the UK to continue her studies with So-Ock Kim and Clive Hughes. Since 2014, she has been studying with Aaron Rosand, and Shmuel Ashkenasi from 2016 at the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia in USA.
