On the door
We strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. However, tickets may also be purchased on the day of the event from a member of staff stationed at the entrance point to a venue, and at the starting point for Walks & Tours, subject to availability.

Booking fees
Booking fees of 50p per ticket apply to online, phone, and in person sales.
Members are not charged booking fees.
Concessions
Full-time students and unemployed: 20% discount (proof may be required)
Group discounts
Groups of 10 or more: 10% discount when booked 24 hours or more before the event. Only available when booking 10 tickets for the same event.
Only one discount is applicable per ticket.
